GAR Sports Authority Prepares for 2025 Inter-Districts Sports Festival.

The Greater Accra Regional Sports Authority held a stakeholder meeting at the Theodosia Okoh Hockey Stadium to deliberate on the 2025 Inter-Districts Sports Festival. All Municipal and District Sports Directors were invited, and though only some responded to the call, the meeting was still fruitful and impactful.

The discussions centered on key issues such as technical preparations, facilities, accommodation, and logistics to ensure a successful festival.

The Regional Sports Director, Mr. Papa Asante, tasked a Local Organizing Committee to lead the way in putting all structures in place.

As the Regional Technical Director of the National Sports Authority, I, James Odoi Wilson, also gave a technical breakdown of the roadmap ahead and briefed participants on the hard work and commitment of the committee to make this festival a success.
